Dress Code Policy
At Leupp Elementary School, we strive to create a safe, respectful, and focused learning environment for all students. In alignment with Flagstaff Unified School District policy, students are expected to dress in a way that supports a positive educational setting.
To maintain this standard, the following items and themes are not permitted on clothing, backpacks, or accessories:

References to illegal drugs or chemicals

Images or language promoting violence or cruelty

Depictions of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products

Obscenities, nudity, profanity, or vulgar language

Content that expresses racial, ethnic, sexual, or religious prejudice

Gang-related attire or symbols

Bare midriffs, spaghetti straps, or other revealing clothing

Hats, hoods, or head coverings worn indoors (unless for religious or medical reasons)

Images of skeletons on any items
Dress Code Enforcement
If a student arrives at school wearing prohibited items, they may be asked to:

Turn the item inside out

Change into alternate clothing

Have a parent or guardian bring appropriate clothing to school
