Leupp Public School

At Leupp Elementary School, student safety is our top priority—especially during dismissal. To ensure a smooth and secure process for all students, we ask families to follow the procedures outlined below:

Dismissal Times

• Monday–Thursday: Dismissal begins at 3:00 PM

• Friday (Early Release): Dismissal begins at 1:00 PM

Dismissal Guidelines

• Change in Transportation Plans:
  If your child's end-of-day routine changes, please send a written note with your student that morning. Without a note, your child will follow their regular dismissal plan.

• Emergency Changes:
  In case of an emergency, please call the front office no later than 2:15 PM (or 12:15 PM on Fridays). We are unable to honor changes requested after that time.

• Pickup Procedures:
  Parents and guardians should wait in the commons area during dismissal. To avoid disrupting class time and ensure student safety, please do not go to classrooms during dismissal.

• Bus Safety:
  Once a student has boarded the bus, they will not be removed from the bus under any circumstances to maintain safety and proper supervision.
